Take off your shoes.
You can touch the skin of the Earth. You can remember something about you that words can’t describe.
Most people just step on Earth. But you can walk with it.
Most people wear hats, sunscreen and sunglasses to be protected from the Sun. But you can be bare. Give yourself to its rays of Life. They make everything grow.
Most people listen to the manufactured music coming from their AirPods. But you can listen to Silence.To the birds, the wind and the symphony of Life.
On the trail, most people don’t see the caterpillars, they don’t feel the ants and the beetles crushing under their sneakers or their bicycles. They just go through their workout routine with perfect indifference. To them, Nature is a backdrop. They come to get their steps on.
Let them be. But you can watch your step, pay attention to the little creatures and avoid to hurt them. They have the right to be, just like you do.
The plastic under people soles is the ultimate symbol of separation. The false protection that prevents the real connection.
But your feet can embrace the soil of the earth. Feel the softness of the mud and the warmth of the rocks.
Most people no longer live on Earth. They use it to feed an artificial world they lose themselves into.
It is sad. But let them be. Don’t interfere. They cannot understand until they can.
But you can return to Reality. Anytime you want, Nature is here. Ready for you.
So, take off your shoes.

I can Heal myself
leave no trace of my own suffering in this world.
I can face my shadow.
Discover the true nature of reality.
Question the false one I was made to believe in.
Forgive others.

can’t stop Spring
As a European, people ask me why I chose to stay in the US. A country where everything has a price tag, including relationships.
I did not fall in love with the American Dream. I fell in love with the eternal land, the mountains, the trees, the rocks, the rivers and the jay birds.
The war of the two worlds is visible here.
The artificial way of life tried to turn this sacred land into a giant mall. Money has damaged and disrupted its grandeur.
They can cut roads through the mountains.
They can turn National parks into cashflow.
But they can’t erase the spirits of Nature.
They can disconnect you from your soul.
But they can’t prevent your soul to be.
They can damage the weather.
But they can’t stop Spring from happening.
