Starting in September 2022, these dawn to sunset micro-retreats consist in 8 to 12 hours of total immersion in Nature.
I will be your personal guide.
This can either be a one-on-one coaching day or a small groups event.
Locations are mostly in California for now - Ojai, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, San Diego, Big Sur, Sacramento to name a few.
The aim of this practice is to help you discover the specific solutions you need to regain power and mastery over your own well-being.

The program consists on a mixture of walking, contemplation, soft physical exercises, breathing exercises, shared wisdom and silent meditation.
This is a day where you disconnect from your cell phone and where it is recommended (but not mandatory) to fast and just drink water.
A joyful and deeply mindful reconnection with Mother Earth that will bring you practical tools to face your everyday life and problems with a new level of peace of mind and confidence.
