“No law can be sacred to me but that of my nature.”
what happens when you TAKE off your shoes

Guilhem Cayzac is a french naturopath and spiritual teacher. I reached out to him in 2020 to figure out what I could do to be able to live amongst men while not getting sucked into the collective shadow .
He advised me to take my shoes off. I took literally this literally.
the great mineral reset
I started hiking barefoot on various trails. The connection with the different soils, having my feet covered in dirt, the sensuality with the wide variety of rocks, the increasing alertness and focus and the feeling of belonging made me love and adopt this practice daily.
the naked feet
To regain this feeling of being part of the Earth and not having nature simply as a background is essential to reconnect to our higher self.
Everywhere I travel now, I take my shoes off. Mountains, forests and hot rocky trails.
The ‘physical intelligence’, the incredible awareness and the strength you receive from the earth goes beyond words.
A powerful gift.
In the recent months, I have noticed a growing number of people CURIOUS ABOUT IT and asking about its effects.
It’s very rare to get cuts or bleed as you tend to pay more attention to the trail ahead. When you do, it teaches you to endure minor discomfort. Your feet get stronger and your mind becomes more astute. A new superpower arises.
I feel I’m always where I should be when my bare feet are on the ground.
There’s no such place as far away.
If you’re interested in trying this, focus and do it in silence. I tend not to use my phone or listen to music when I’m walking. It’s important be 100% present to the natural sounds, your surroundings, the animals or people around you. It’s a moment of complete presence with nature. A meditative athletic state. A return to reality. A marriage with the great order of Life.
